I have to say that canned meatloaf is one of THE MOST UNATTRACTIVE things I've ever seen. Meatloaf by itself is unattractive but canned sheeeesh it's that freaky kind of ugly.
the 1 pint of meatloaf easily does 5 slices. I take the fat that is on the top of the bottle and throw it in the pan to "grease it" I then turn it once I just crisp it on each side.
I serve on rice with a bit or SriRaCha hot sauce and some diced green onions. Tonight it was with a side of "favorite"
The other way you can use these is to put them in dinner rolls with some american cheese and onion like a "meatloaf slider"
